SHORT TERM CONTRACT

This position is located on Pratt Street downtown. This is a hybrid schedule that requires the individual to be onsite 3 days and remote 2 days- for the first 3 weeks they will need to work 4 days onsite/1 day remote for training. Laptop is not provided - must provide your own.

This individual will be supporting:


  • 1 Portfolio Associate – heavy calendar management; domestic travel involved (rare international) and expense processing, coordinating with associates for internal meetings and in our other offices, attention to detail on when scheduling;
  • 2 Specialists – calendar management, mostly focused around scheduling internal meetings; light travel & light expense processing; assisting with onsite meeting logistics which includes greet/escorting guests, ordering catering and beverages, working with our AV team to ensure the conference room is setup with Zoom; processing expenses
  • Backup support for 3 Portfolio Specialists – calendar management; managing meeting requests (possibly including Salesforce); arranging travel (mostly domestic)
