The Administrative Assistant reports to the Administrative Operations Manager. This part-time position will assist in the daily operations of the Administration Office of ATTIC Correctional Services, Inc. which is a non-profit community corrections agency operating in WI and MN.


Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responding to client records requests
  • Data entry of client records, mileage, accounts payable and other misc. databases
  • Filing accounts payable and confidential payroll documents
  • Filling agency form and linen requests
  • Accounts payable entries and assist with weekly AP check runs
  • Prepare outgoing mail using a postage machine
  • Ordering misc. supplies online for various locations

Required Skills and Experience

  • Minimum of five years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
  • Proficient in MS Office - Word, Excel, Access, Outlook.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail, good organizational skills, and ability to prioritize tasks to meet multiple deadlines.
  • Possess strong communication skills, including verbal, written and presentation. Proven record of excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain confidential information pertaining to agency related documents and clients.
  • Accurate numeric and alpha data entry and filing.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Occasional lifting of boxes weighing up 30 pounds.
  • Mostly sedentary work, in a quiet work environment.
