The Project Manager provides technical project planning, management, and oversight for our most strategic initiatives ensuring close alignment of Hamaspik, Inc.’s priorities. The PM is responsible for collecting, monitoring, and analyzing data, and collaborating on projects for Medicare lines of business of Hamaspik, Inc.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage data submission schedules
  • Run weekly department report
  • Data Transformation
  • Scheduling, tracking assessments- ensuring that paperwork is done on time
  • Track and manage e-faxes, alerts, consents, and other clinical documentation
  • Data entry of imperative clinical data to ensure qualitative review
  • Provides administration and department support for Operations
  • Assists in completing activities related to different projects/initiatives in support of departmental and organizational goals.
  • Maintains and supports documentation, logs and data entry to monitor activity and/or outcomes in support of LOB goals as needed.
  • Update manuals and other documents, websites, and platforms as needed

Specific Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • In depth knowledge of MS office, and ability to learn and utilize new and changing software.
  • Office Skills
  • Outstanding organizational and interpersonal skills

Required Education, Experience, and Licenses:

  • Experience in data entry, data transformation
  • Prior office experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
