Camp Hatteras RV Resort & Campground located on Hatteras Island is seeking an Administrative Assistant to serve a key role of providing support for both our Business Manager as well as our Operations Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background and the ability to undertake and complete multiple tasks with an attention to detail. Some accounting and marketing skills are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide Administrative support to senior leaders
- Lead, participate and organize working groups
- Build and maintain content on our existing social media platforms
- Achieve and oversee organizational goals
- Communication support across departments
Skills
- Aptitude for learning new software and systems
- Good knowledge of social media
- Basic understanding of accounting
- Well versed in MS Office
- Customer-focused approach
Job Type: Full time, year-round
Pay: Salary based on experience, health insurance and retirement plan provided.
