Job Title: Admin Assistant/Front Desk Receptionist

Location: On site, 8555 S. River Parkway, Tempe, AZ

Compensation: $24-27/hr, depending on experience

Hours: 8 hour shift - 7am-4pm (flexible on hours)

Seeking a Front Desk Receptionist/Administrative Assistant in Tempe, AZ to welcome visitors to our site and perform other administrative responsibilities for the EHS and Operations groups. This is a dual role that will include traditional receptionist duties, as well as performing administrative support to the Operations and Supply Chain organizations. Provide general administrative support to the site including corporate and business functions including scheduling meetings, taking notes, maintaining training records and assisting with expense reports Receive and screen all inbound visitor, telephone calls, and e-mails to the corporate office; refer and/redirect calls, e-mails, or visitors as applicable. This also includes sorting and directing incoming USPS mail. Administer facility security protocols and procedures including conducting monthly audits. Assist with Corporate Services (IT/Telco, Office Services, Facilities, Conference Room Calendar Management, Vendor Management). Support local corporate event coordination, set up, and tear down. Coordination of EHS/Operations duties including data collection, report development/submission, purchase requisition creation, supplies ordering, etc.

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School degree or Higher
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an admin assistant
  • Must demonstrate fluent writing & verbal skills in English
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Well organized and possess strong attention to detail
  • Problem solver and willingness to work with a big, strong team dynamic
  • High energetic greetings as a front desk receptionist
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and handle confidential requests

Job Responsibilities:

**Trainable, this position has a hands on training and will involve learning SAP and other internal programs used in this role. A plus if you are flexible with hours on shift time 7am or 8am**
