Administrative Assistant Job at Morrow County Grain Growers, Inc.
Immediate opening at our Wasco location for an Administrative Assistant, Job duties include, but are not limited to:
- Assist agronomy department as well as other departments with billing, receiving and other tasks, to include answering incoming calls.
- Invoicing customers for services and products.
- Entering, updating and/or retrieving accounting data from automated systems.
- Posting financial data to appropriate accounts in an automated accounting system, according to instructions and in collaboration with Finance department.
- Retrieving system reports.
- Reconciling transactions, financial data, and other information to an automated accounting system.
- Designing, preparing and maintaining spreadsheets using basic mathematical calculations.
- Inventory of office supplies and equipment; preparing and submitting orders for purchase.
- Compose routine letters and reports using instructions or guidelines of the wok area.
- Candidate must have strong attention to detail and ability to notice discrepancies in data.
- Ability to effectively manage competing deadlines for projects in a busy work environment, with varying degrees of supervision,
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in all Micro-Soft office applications, and ability to work in accounting software system,
- Collaboration and teamwork skills
- Proficient with standard office equipment
- 2 years’ experience preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
