SVS Group currently seeking an experienced and professional Administrative Assistant for one of our clients located in the Surprise, AZ area. Our client is in the manufacturing/production industry.
Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting the HR Manager with administrative duties
- Data Entry & customer service
- Answering phones
- Ordering office supplies & safety PPE
- Assisting with hiring paperwork as needed
- Scheduling drug screens & background checks
- Other duties as needed
Requirements:
- Bilingual (English & Spanish)
- 3-5 years of administrative/ office support role
- Strong Microsoft Office skillset with Excel & Word
- Strong data entry skills- 45 WPM +
- Strong customer service & communication skills
- Flexibility with job duties
Full time temp to hire opportunity
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: $21.00 per hour
