  • Accounts Payable Support, including, but not limited to mailing / sending electronic invoices, matching invoices, ensuring appropriate account coding, entries, processing manual checks, monthly reconciliation and filing of fuel and travel records.
  • Coordinate purchasing for the plant including, but not limited to assisting with paper purchase, paper, raw materials, and packaging purchase orders, weighing paper trucks and checking drivers in and out of the facility, receiving purchase orders, matching POs for freight invoices, filing, and analyzing paper purchases.
  • Maintain vendor files,
  • Manage floor receiving in new ERP system implementation.
  • Back-up for Shipping Coordinator
  • Safety support, including purchasing safety supplies, assist with safety program and training, and CPR training.
  • Collect, sort, and distribute the mail to appropriate staff.
  • Order and maintain a sufficient inventory of supplies for office, operations, and safety.
  • Routinely take stock of supplies and restock as needed.
  • Issue office, operations and safety supplies as required.
  • Observe usage trends and report on any excessive consumptions of supplies.
  • Perform other duties as required.
