Administrative Coordinator - Specialist (Hurricane, WV) Job at RoadSafe Traffic Systems, Inc.
Position Summary: Provides support for Branch or Region and a specific function within the business.
The position will involve daily review of the field technicians time for completion and accuracy comparing the time clocked for payroll purposes to work tickets. The employee will need to be comfortable with making multiple phone calls on a daily basis to discuss issues and discrepancies identified with employees as well as management.
Provide operations support and documentation support for Managers, including PO and AP coding assistance as well as sales invoicing when required.
Will assist dispatch as needed and serve as backup for the position
Essential Functions and Duties:
- Accomplishes the required work independently by gathering and organizing required information, maintaining required records, evaluating various approaches to completing projects, developing tools and utilizing available resources to achieve desired outcomes, exercising judgment to make decisions, and assuring effective communication with stakeholders.
- Answer incoming phone calls.
- Correct work tickets as required and data entry of daily sales tickets into the company?s software.
- Receive, review and process packing slips for Accounts Payable.
- Order supplies from vendors.
- Process purchase order requests.
- Account Payable support for the office
- Other duties as assigned
