Summary of Job Duties:
Performance of tasks and related activities to ensure optimal operation and
administration and monitoring of Title III Career Preparation activities including but
not limited to:
  • Assisting the manager with overall project activities
  • Reviewing, processing, and tracking requisitions, budget information/reports, and
purchase orders
  • Developing and maintaining a system for tracking documents received and
processed
  • Setting up and maintaining files for activities conducted in conjunction with the
implementation of the Career Preparation Program
  • Other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:
Proficiency with use of Microsoft Suite
Ability to learn and master management software
Proficiency with internet utilization
Knowledge of work-related subject areas
Ability to operate standard office equipment including calculators and data entry
devices
Ability to plan, organize, and coordinate multiple activities within the same time
frame
Self-starter with the ability to work under flexible conditions and independently;
Excellent communication (oral and written) skills, organizational, time-management,
and customer service skills
Commitment to academic excellence, diversity, planning and development based on
goals, objectives, and collegiality
