We are currently looking for job seekers to fill temporary, temp to perm, and permanent administrative positions. Qualifications:
  • Candidates should be flexible, detail-oriented, and have outstanding communication and organizational skills.
  • A College degree and previous internship/office experience are a plus.
  • Candidates with immediate availability are preferred.

Responsibilities:
  • Generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research.
  • Greet and assist visitors.
  • Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
  • Anticipate the needs of others to ensure their seamless and positive experience.
