The Administrative Support Specialist is part of a small team providing crucial agency functions related to registration, billing, customer service, general clerical responsibilities and human resources. Full time position available. No Nights or Weekends.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Positive attitude and great work skills!
- Previous experience developing outstanding customer service skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook skills.
- Computer competence related to database programs, desktop and web publishing.
- Organizational and time-management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong sense of confidentiality.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to:
- Prioritize multiple projects and perform under tight deadlines
- Manage workload independently
- Problem solve and use creative solutions
- Excel in fast paced, team environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.75 - $20.00 per hour
