This unique position will oversee the Wound Care for our residents as well as complete Admissions for new residents and return from hospital admissions. Some responsibilities include:
Provide Primary Skin Care: treatment and therapy of skin disorders for residents under the supervision of a Physician, Director of Nursing, and/or contracted Nurse Practitioner with Floyd Wound Care.
Perform Clinical Admission: initiate clinical assessments, charting and evaluations of new admissions, including re-admissions from the hospital.
Complete Administrative Duties: maintain reports, studies, and charting as assigned for Wound Care policies and procedures. Some on-call duties required.
