$16.00 - $26.83 an hour
· Make daily hospital contacts
- Communicate with D.O.N., HC Administrator, RC Director, RC Nurse, AL Director and Home Care as
needed regarding resident’s hospital status and progress.
- Coordinating with the D.O.N., Administrator, and other staff for specific care needs or
facility placement after on site assessments are complete.
- Be familiar with State and Federal regulations related to resident care, and the admission process.
- Experience or be willing to learn marketing skills.
- Capable of performing general procedural nursing duties as assigned.
- Coordinate with personnel to process admissions; if prospective clients have special needs that
would warrant staff education, coordinate with D.O.N. prior to the admission to the facility.
- Remain objective when listening to conflicting perspectives.
- Pays attention to details in clinical and financial matters.
- Approaches work in a thorough and meticulous manner.
- Remains composed and behave professionally during emotionally challenged or stressful situations.
- Maintains appropriate confidentiality concerning all resident information.
- Assists with admission audits as able.
- Other duties as assigned.
