Competitive Pay! Educators - $18-$21 hr and Site Managers $23-$27 (based off of years experience in a childcare center type setting)

Required upon employment: You will need to complete a NEW Fingerprint LIVE SCAN before the first day of employment, and a Health Certificate from your doctor with a completed TB Test. Other requirements/trainings will be required upon employment. **Our Right At School site locations are located in the San Gabriel School District Schools**

As an Program Manager, every day is different! However, typical duties will include:
- Delivering quality enrichment programs for children using internally crafted Disguised Learning curriculum
- Developing and coaching a team who are passionate about providing a safe, fun, engaging environment (check out here what our staff are saying about the role)
- Working closely with principals and school staff to enhance the instructional experience
- Instilling the Right At School footprint by participating in local community events (Back to School, Right Club gives back, Field Day, and more!)
- Manage and maintain safety standards including supervision and program paperwork.
- Must be 21 years or older
For our Staff Educator position, every day is different! However, typical duties will include:
Partnering with the Program Manager to deliver a dynamic Right At School curriculum. We work together as a team to achieve our mission and promote collaboration! Building relationships and communicating with parents to provide the best child care for their children. We encourage our staff to foster those important relationships that contribute to our success. Being a role model for children by modeling positive behaviors to assist with learning. Regularly checking in with the Program Manager about personal and child performance metrics to ensure human growth. Our leaders care deeply about the development of students AND staff.

- High school diploma/GED
- Outstanding customer service and relationship building skills
- Strong classroom management skills with the ability to use and model appropriate positive discipline

- College coursework in early childhood education, child development, or a related field (preferred not required)
- Ability to meet state-specific requirements; Finger print LIVE SCAN, CPR/FA, Medical Certificate/TB test, Mandated Reporter training
