ALL PART TIME POSITIONS AVAILABLE!! Program Site Managers/After school Educators/Sub/On Call Staff (subs:great position for those in college and limited work days available)

  • Experience Required: All staff need 460hrs w/ group of school-aged kids and was able to managed children without supervision; OR 40 clocked hours training/coursework dept approved courses playground/safety. All work childcare experience must be verifiable upon hire!! **Program Managers additional required experience below**
  • FLEXIBLE SCHEDULES! 2:00pm-6pm or 3:30pm-6:00pm (may vary slightly due to location)
  • NO WEEKENDS!
  • Pay Rate: Floating Site Program Managers starting at $25hr-$29hr (depending on experience with children in a childcare center type setting) Floating Site Staff starting at $21-$24 per hour (based off years experience in a childcare setting)

After School programs located inside nine of the Denver Public Schools. Must live locally to apply!

Sites we are hiring are located at: Hamilton Middle School, Lena Archuleta Elementary, Maxwell Elementary, Gust Elementary and Doull Elementary

As an Program Manager, every day is different! However, typical duties will include:

  • Delivering quality enrichment programs for children using internally crafted Disguised Learning curriculum
  • Developing and coaching a team who are passionate about providing a safe, fun, engaging environment (check out here what our staff are saying about the role)
  • Working closely with principals and school staff to enhance the instructional experience
  • Instilling the Right At School footprint by participating in local community events (Back to School, Right Club gives back, Field Day, and more!)
  • Manage and maintain safety standards including supervision and program paperwork.
  • Must be 21 years or older
  • Verifiable education/experience/ 3 professional references
  • Program Manager requirements-4yr degree education, elementary education, specialty in art/human service (social work, psych, etc.); OR 2yr degree and 6mo (910 hrs) of experience from the age of 18; OR 5,460 hrs of experience (2-3yrs) w/ 6 semesters of schooling or 40 clocked hours of training for school aged children
  • Site Program Managers- Must have verifiable education or training in work with school-age children upon hire.

For our Staff Educator position, every day is different! However, typical duties will include:

Partnering with the Program Manager to deliver a dynamic Right At School curriculum. We work together as a team to achieve our mission and promote collaboration! Building relationships and communicating with parents to provide the best child care for their children. We encourage our staff to foster those important relationships that contribute to our success. Being a role model for children by modeling positive behaviors to assist with learning. Regularly checking in with the Program Manager about personal and child performance metrics to ensure human growth. Our leaders care deeply about the development of students AND staff.

  • Experience Required: All staff need verifiable 460hrs w/ group of school-aged kids and was able to managed children without supervision; OR 40 clocked hours training/coursework dept approved courses playground/safety
  • Positive and can-do attitude
  • Respect for and dedication to working with children with special needs
  • High school diploma/GED
  • Outstanding customer service and relationship building skills
  • Strong classroom management skills with the ability to use and model appropriate positive discipline
