Vale Group has partnered with a company in the Aerospace industry, based in Springfield, MA, who is actively searching for an experienced Aircraft Assembly Technician to work on-site for an opportunity with an hourly pay range of $27-34 an hour based on experience. The individual will be responsible for assembly, rework and repair of composite aircraft structures and should be well-versed with reading assembly drawings and have at least one year of aircraft or sheet metal assembly experience.

Requirements of the Aircraft Assembly Technician:
- At least 1 year of aircraft or sheet metal assembly experience
- Familiarity with reading assembly drawings
- A&P certification is a plus
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
- Knowledge of composite materials and assembly techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Responsibilities of the Aircraft Assembly Technician:
- Assemble, rework and repair composite aircraft structures
- Follow established procedures and guidelines for aircraft assembly
