  • Review invoices to ensure all billing is correct
  • Review and prepare all invoices for signature approval
  • Heavy filing
  • Prepare and submit monthly reports
  • Ensure all sales reports are balanced; track and correct any discrepancies
  • Order supplies

Purchase Order

  • Ensure all purchase orders are processed correctly and in a timely manner
  • Process are new vendor request forms
  • Coordinate with AP to ensure timely payments to all supplier invoices
