We seek a creative, energetic, flexible candidate that provides resources and referrals, crisis intervention, and protective travel services to passengers traveling through MKE Airport. They help vulnerable travelers who need guidance and support during their trip, helping them create a safe, viable plan to arrive at their destination.
A flexible work schedule is required to meet the needs of the program including weekend hours, holidays, and inclement weather events as specified by airport management:
Evenings: Sundays
Mornings: Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service to all airport travelers
- Maintain and update online information resources
- Uphold all airport security standards
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: From $15.50 per hour
