Nuvia Dental Implant Center, a growing dental implant center, is looking for an outgoing Alchemy Framework Controller to join our team in our Salt Lake City, UT location. We provide implants and full mouth restorations to our patients, literally changing their lives. An exceptional patient experience for every patient is our top priority.

Hours are full time, Monday-Friday 40hrs a week. Remote work available after initial training.

Role
This position will be responsible for watching consultations on Canary or UniFi cameras. During the consultations the position will require the alchemy framework sheet to be filled out and the results entered into the alchemy framework sheet.

Responsibilities

• Understand and live our company values
• Understand the methodology and follow it through the consultation process
• Watch consults and make sure they are following the control.
• Continually work with your manager and team to provide appropriate and beneficial feedback
• Work together with your manager and smile consultants to ensure their success, which is your success!
• Attend training meetings each week

Results

• Create reports to send to your manager and smile consultants.

Requirements

• Work in the office at least during the hours of 8AM to 5PM but understanding that to excel, extra hours may need to be put in.
• Ability to work within integrity and provide the best possible feedback for our consultants
• Work to enjoy the fact that each day you get to come to work and be a part of the process to change lives!
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High level of confidence and confidentiality in the smile consultants and in yourself
• Proactive and professional feedback when communicating about a consult
• Professional work approach and a helpful, supportive spirit
• Possess the ability to listen and follow the procedure, and strategies when completing the results sheet
• Ability to work independently and must be able to multitask when handling a high amount of consultants and consultations to monitor
