TEMPORARY AM Baker (Full-Time) at our exclusive, beachside club; Home of the Sony Open!

The AM Baker is responsible for preparing and baking bread, pastries, and pies by performing the following duties:
- Mixing, prepping, and baking dough, batters, pastries, and quick bread.
- Preparing, plating, and splattering all desserts and pastries for a day off/next day events.
- Keeping track of production and discard dates of all items with an emphasis on product quality.
- Keeping up with inventory pars of a la carte items; communicating clearly on daily tasks and needs with the Pastry Chef and Executive Chef.
Qualifications:
- 6 months to 1 year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education/experience. Formal culinary education is preferred.
- Knowledge of basic baking techniques and methods; and the ability to roll a variety of croissants and danishes.
- Ability to read and follow recipes; and measure ingredients properly according to recipe guidelines.
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Must have TB clearance.
