EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION*
1. A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required preferable in Information Technologies, Engineering, Marketing, Business or Supply Chain.
2. A minimum of 2 - 3 years of working experience, in systems such as SAP, JDE and Microsoft Tools Especially Advance knowledge in Excel. Power BI, Tableau and or Citrix knowledge is a plus.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES and AFFILIATIONS*
1. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and Supply Chain Systems (i.e. JDE systems and/ or SAP system), but also Tableau and/or Power BI and or Citrix is preferable.
2. Must have strong analytical, critical thinking, as well as the ability to test assumptions & scenarios and weigh business risks & opportunities.
3. The candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills to convey concise and effective information regarding work requirement and ideas with multiple levels of a regional organization. Excellent interpersonal relationship skills are required.
4. The candidate must also be able to function independently while supporting the overall team’s goals.
5. Must demonstrate to be highly detail oriented, and have excellent organizational & time management, customer focus & collaboration, and follow-up skills.
6. Ability to proactively identify potential problems and elevate them appropriately is required.

JOB SUMMARY* • Reporting to the LATAM Planning Lead, the PAM Supply Chain System Analyst, is responsible for ensuring all systems are working correspondingly, following up any issues impacting the planning system, having a meeting with the IT support team to complete the issues or system enhancement. This position also owns the demand planning activities for Client's products. • Also will be looking for ways to automate or improve the current tools or manual process conduct it in Excel, perhaps automating through Excel Macro or Tableau or Power BI.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES* Under limited supervision and in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Client, procedures and guidelines, this position: 1. Management Existing Tickets Open, for system issues or enhancement. 2. This person will provide Support Global Planning and Supply chain. 3. Follow up and organize the Supply chain metrics as required. 4. Develop reports for the Supply chain function as required. 5. Manage and update the entire reporting architecture for the PAM Supply chain group. 6. Ensure veracity of the electronic data associated with results. 7. Design and implement specific and specialized reports of the ERP System as required. 8. Identify root cause for issues and provide recommendation for corrective actions for improvements on the reports. 9. Coordinate meeting with IT Support Team or capability team.
