Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain system data related to insurance information within the workflow tool and servicing system
- Work closely with Insurance Agents and Borrower contacts for the procurement of Insurance Evidence and Invoices
- Demonstrate a firm understanding of Agency Insurance requirements
- Perform annual review of all insurance evidence of assigned portfolio for Agency compliance
- Assist with Agency audits of insurance compliance
- Assist with Borrower and internal requests for information
- Prepare transfer recommendations to Asset Management on non-compliant insurance items
- Performing other related duties as assigned
Skills, Abilities and Experience Required
- 1+ year of experience in Commercial Servicing and Multifamily Property Insurance preferred
- Familiarity in loan documentation and agency guidelines preferred
- Familiarity in multifamily insurance documentation and terminology preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products with an emphasis on Excel and Word. Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics a plus.
- Possess strong organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and meet stringent deadlines
- Strong verbal and communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, accuracy with numbers, and attention to detail
- Exhibit self-motivation whether working independently or on a team
