Timekeeping Automation handles all system configuration of our Time Keeping system to include scheduling, time keeping, dependability, and payroll integrations.
The Timekeeping Automation Analyst will support the development, implementation, and testing of change requests and new release of the new timekeeping and scheduling system. Other responsibilities include:
The Timekeeping Support Automation will partner with managers across the Ground Handling, Maintenance, and Admin organizations to support ~13000 employees. The employee base is comprised of 10 unique labor groups represented by 2 unions. This department will operate under a continuous improvement model adapting to business changes. Qualifications:

Responsibilites
Timekeeping Automation handles all system configuration of our Time Keeping system to include scheduling, time keeping, dependability, and payroll integrations.
The Timekeeping Automation Analyst will support the development, implementation, and testing of change requests and new release of the new timekeeping and scheduling system. Other responsibilities include:
- Conduct system maintenance and configure rule changes, statutory requirements, and resolve software/programming issues.
- Maintain and update the system and make changes as required by policies, regulatory agencies or union guidelines.
- Conduct thorough testing in a QA environment and moving changes to Production; while maintaining required documentation through the process.
- Analyze changes of product design to determine the effect on the end product function.

Who are we looking for?
Position Preferences
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related business field required or commensurate business experience
- Experience with RosterApps, AutoTA, SAP, and other Human Resource Information Systems
- Experience with reporting
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Must work and communicate well with all levels of Management
- Previous leadership experience
- Aptitude for leadership and continuous process improvement
- Adapts easily to change and leads with a positive influence
- Aptitude for leadership and continuous process improvement
- Knowledge with Power Automate
