The Annual Giving and Events Manager is responsible for the strategic planning, management and growth of the Flagler
Health Foundation’s annual giving programs ranging from targeted appeals to special events.

• Develop and implement an annual giving plan with strategies designed to renew and expand the Foundation’s
  donor base and strengthen relationships with existing donors.
• Create and distribute direct mail and electronic appeals, donor newsletters, annual reports, social media content
  and website updates.
• Manage the Grateful Patient Program with monthly communications and appeals to former Flagler Health+
  patients.
• Manage the Employee Giving Campaign with communications and appeals to current Flagler Health+ team
  members, as well as bi-weekly presentations at new employee orientation.
• Plan and execute three primary annual events (such as skeet shoot, golf tournament and black-tie gala) and
  small-scale community events during significant times of year
• Solicit and secure sponsorships (corporate and individual) in connection to all events.
• Update donor recognition panels and donor materials as needed.
• Draft and update acknowledgement letters.
• Maintain annual giving reports and dashboards for campaign analysis.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Related Area of Study

Experience: 3 to 5 years Direct Fundraising or related field

Preferences:

• Fundraising in healthcare or human services, and/or fundraising in the St. Augustine regional community.
• Event planning and management
• Graphic Design experience

• High proficiency of Microsoft Office Suite software programs and Blackbaud constituent software.

• Willingness and ability to work nights and weekends, as required.
