Apartment Maintenance Technician Job at GMPS, LLC
We are hiring an maintenance technician to service a local apartment community. This is a full-time position with basic home repair knowledge and experience helpful but not required. We are willing to train a motivated individual! A clean criminal record and valid driver's license are necessary to be considered.
Some of the Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Plumbing
- Minor Drywall Repairs
- Minor Electrical
- Flooring Installation
- HVAC
- Completing Apartment Turnover
Pay is based on experience and certifications.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
