Apartment Maintenance Technician Job at North East Community Action Corporation (NECAC)
North East Community Action Corporation (NECAC) Montgomery City, MO 63361
Seeking an experienced maintenance tech. to perform routine maintenance on apartments owned by NECAC. Knowledge in plumbing, appliance installs, and basic carpentry is a plus. This is a full time contract position which includes a free 401K program, 39 paid vacation hours, 13 paid holidays, and 60 hours sick pay per year. YOU make your own schedule! We are a very flexible employer! Pay begins at $19 hourly.
Background and non marijuana drug screen required. Must have driver's license.
