HouseCalls is a primary care provider service for people who are homebound and need ongoing medical care. Team also sees patients in assisted-living facilities.
Seeking compassionate providers who enjoy being part of a collaborative care team that includes nursing, social workers, and spiritual care providers. Must also be comfortable seeing patients independently. Prefer candidates with two or more years of experience. Will consider new graduates with previous experience. Epic & Suncoast EHR.
Caring Circle, a Spectrum Health Lakeland affiliate, is dedicated to serving our neighbors throughout southwest Michigan. As the largest and most experienced community-based palliative care and hospice organization in the area, we offer a quality-of-life focused continuum of care that includes Transitions, HouseCalls, Hospice & Palliative Care, and Bereavement Services.
Corewell Health South, formerly Spectrum Health Lakeland, is a teaching hospital offering residencies in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, and Internal Medicine. We also host 3rd and 4th year medical students from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine and Central Michigan University College of Medicine.
