Job Details for Plant Manager:

• Schedule for Plant Manager: Monday to Thursday 6am-3:30pm and Friday 6am-10am.
• Pay Rate for Plant Manager: $90,000 year.

Job Responsibilities & Description for Plant Manager:

• Oversee the operations of production facility including production, maintenance, safety, quality, and shipping/receiving.
• Develop strategic business initiatives and the annual operating budget for the plant.
• Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of employees to ensure goals or objectives are accomplished.
• Mentors, coaches, trains, and develops leadership team.

Job Requirements for Plant Manager:

• 5 years minimum of management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem solving, project management and planning skills.
• Knowledge of 5S and LEAN Manufacturing
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines, and reporting.
