Business Development Representative Qualifications:

  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Self-starter and willingness to be a great team player
  • Must pass pre-employment testing to include background check, and drug screen
  • Available to work required schedule - On-Site
  • Outbound phone call experience (Preferred)
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships


Business Development Representative Responsibilities:

  • High quality outbound phone calls
  • Build rapport with customers
  • Schedule Appointments
  • Utilize dealership systems for customer contact and follow-up
  • Answer sales calls and respond to internet inquiries
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Training will be provided
