Arabic/English Speaking Case Coordinator (North Brunswick) Job at Journey
Looking for a Bilingual Arabic/English speaking Coordinator for our Home Health Care Agency located in North Brunswick
- Must have exemplary customer service skills, pleasant in person, over the phone and e-mail, loves communicating with people, and is a natural problem-solver. Ability to maintain a positive attitude at all times
- Make constant follow-up with the potential aides to comply with the government requirements and deploy them as soon as possible.
- Reach out to various establishments / volunteer groups / hospitals / clinics / hospice places to reach out to more aides / attract more clients
- Ability to make sound judgments in accordance with the company and government protocols
- Ability to set priorities, coordinate multiple tasks, constantly follow company protocol, and ensure completeness of requirements of the potential caregivers
- Establish a warm and great relationship with our existing and future Home Health Aides and HHA case managers
- Work without close supervision and practice independent judgment
- Computer-literate, proficient in the MS Office
It's a drug-free workplace, Candidates are required to pass a drug test before beginning employment, EOE
