Senior Living Properties is seeking a dynamic Sales Director. As the Area Director of Patient Services (Sales/Liaison), you will develop a strong working relationship with attending physicians, hospital case managers and discharge planners via outside sales calls, conversations, education and follow-up. Your efforts should result in meeting or exceeding minimum admission expectations for our centers by increasing referrals, admissions and our referral base.

You will assist our skilled nursing centers with sales and marketing, provide onsite assessments, assist with admission decisions, and provide patient follow-up in target hospitals, as well as look for niche marketing opportunities. You will also assist to develop and host internal/external marketing events.

Qualifications:

• Sales and community relations experience required
• Previous health care sales experience required
• Excellent presentation skills
• Organizational skills required
• Knowledge of reimbursement programs from payor sources preferred
• Must have proven skills in working independently; self-motivated, self-directed, goal-directed, and goal oriented
• Formal sales training preferred
• Must relate professionally to other employees at all levels of Senior Living Properties
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in written format
• Ability to establish and maintain working relationships with multiple and various people and organizations externally
