Reliance Security Services - RSS is hiring for Armed Security Supervisor in Denver Colorado and surrounding areas.

RSS is in business for Twenty Years and a Licensed Security Training Academy for Fifteen Years. RSS Executive and Management Team highest credentials and over Fifty Years of combined experience in Law Enforcement and Security.

Armed Field Security Supervisor Requirements. Will provide full training for the right candidate.

• Prefer prior Law Enforcement, Military and or more than three years of Security Experience.
• Must have Certification of Security Guard Training Completion - 16 Hours.
• Firearms Training Certification.
• Bullet Proof Vest – RSS will help with Armed employees who do not own a Bullet Proof Vest.
• Own a Semi-Automatic Handgun – (No Revolvers) and Retention Holster.
• Duty Belt with Handcuff, Baton and Mini Flashlight.

• Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows; This must include Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities: (Full Training will be provided):

• Interviewing and Hiring Employees.
• Oversee contracts.
• Conduct Field Inspections.
• Provide training.
• Create, Revise, and amend SOPs
• Build, improve, and maintain effective relationships with both client and employees.
• Coordinate necessary support services to effectively manage client site to meet or exceed financial and operational goals and provide excellent customer service.
• Ensure all required reporting and contract compliance requirements are met.
• Handle all escalated security issues or emergency situations appropriately.
• Develop staff in both technical and professional skills through performance management (coaching, counseling, disciplining, recognition, etc.).
• Provide the basis of a great work environment by treating staff with respect.
• Assure that employee grievances are heard and resolved
• Reconcile logs, shift responsibilities and patrols; review incident reports prior to submitting to client and coordinate preliminary investigations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
