Aspiring Youth Program Manager

The Aspiring Youth Program provides a summer day camp, social groups, and individual coaching for neurodiverse youth ages 8-18 who need extra support in navigating their social worlds. Our participants often have diagnoses including Autism, ADHD, and learning disabilities, though no diagnosis is required for our programs. The Program Counselor provides direct supervision to participants in groups. In addition, the program counselor may provide individual coaching to clients.

The Aspiring Youth Program Manager assists the Associate Director in supervision and support of the staff team, including Program Counselor 1 and 2 positions. The Program Manager is also responsible for the development of Aspiring Youth’s Young Adult Programming.

Some Key Responsibilities Include:

• Providing supervision for clients in Young Adult social groups, implementing support plans to address social, independence, regulation, and sensory needs in a group environment
• Developing programming and coordinate funding sources for Young Adult social groups and Workspace
• Assisting in supervision and support of Aspiring Youth social group facilitators, including individual check-ins, supply requests, client problem-solving, and facilitation of regular team meetings and staff trainings

The ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in behavioral sciences required
• 2 years of experience working with children and adolescents. Experience working with Autism, ADHD, or clients from similar population preferred

Pay: $54,525.00 - $71,250.00 per year
