FYZICAL Social Media Coordinator

Location: Multi-Location & Remote- Home Office is Oak Brook, IL

Salary: $20 per hour with potential for BONUS pay

Job Type: (30 hours per week required at least), Flexible Schedule Mon-Fri, Some weekend Events

Social Media Intern Responsibilities

• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mentality; able to take ownership of projects and see them through from inception to production
• Design and execute a social media campaign to enhance and expand the unique FYZICAL-Chicago brand
• Strengthen FYZICAL’s online relationships to grown audiences on all social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, through thoughtful community managements tactics
• Assist and lead the execution of a TikTok strategy that will help drive engagement and growth
• Produce a competitive social audit to help gain insights and drive strategy
• Track and report ROI analysis from paid ads and partnerships
• Perform digital market analysis and research on the latest trends
• Create and support calendar planning and content creation for Instagram and TikTok
• Support influencer outreach efforts to help target online influencers who can drive interest in the brand as needed
• Monitor all social media platforms for trending news, ideas, and feedback
• Prepare detailed promotional presentations and contribute to the creation of mock-ups, email campaigns, etc.
• Perform any other duties that may be assigned

• Ability to pre-schedule content during peak engagement times to better build and retain audience
• Ability to multitask and prioritize against quick timelines and high expectations
• Photo and video capabilities (smartphone or camera)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
