In this role our Supply Chain Asset Protection Manager is responsible for the implementation and management of all Loss Prevention, Shortage Control and Safety programs and personnel for our Logan Distribution Center.

Responsibilities include:

• Monitors, reviews, and enforces safety, health, and environmental regulations. Ensures distribution center associates adhere to local, state, and federal regulations, and notifies appropriate personnel on compliance issues.
• Conducts and follows up on accident investigations and reporting; develops proactive methods for accident prevention; completes safety inspections and executes coordinated Safety Awareness programs.
• Coordinates monitors and maintains inspection records of all Security and Fire suppression and alarm systems and equipment. Ensures fire and intrusion equipment is operable. Ensures fire hazards are eliminated and conducts periodic drills and inspections to maintain fire and emergency readiness. Coordinates and conducts inspections and tests as required.
• Supervises trains and reviews performance of Loss Prevention Supervisors and Contract Uniformed Guards.
• Investigate and resolve internal theft cases.
• Assist DC management and finance in accurate execution of Annual Inventory and periodic Cycle Counts.

Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 5 or more years of experience in Retail/Distribution Security and Loss Prevention experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Experience in Internal Investigation including internal investigation interviewing.
• Ability to interface with Law Enforcement and Legal Professionals on both criminal and civil matters.
• Experience with Industrial Safety programs, including OSHA, state and local laws and regulations.
• Experience and knowledge of current security technology, CCTV, covert surveillance. Electronic Article Surveillance Burglar and Fire alarm and YMS systems.
• Experience with Word and Excel
