Overview:


MISSION:
The mission for this role is to seek influential leaders that manage daily operations, ensuring productivity and efficiency on finance/budgeting, staffing, scheduling an overall growth, in an empathetic and compassionate manner in alignment with clinical outcomes.


Outcomes:
  • To maintain a center culture that provides a nurturing learning environment while overseeing the daily operations including but not limited to staffing, scheduling, meeting financial metrics and growth of facility.
    • Follow and meet metrics
    • Approve all tours assigned by Intake
    • Review daily employees' clock in and out in accordance with schedule
  • Maintain clearn well-kept facility with all issues address within 24 hours
  • Schedule Managemnt
    • Have the schedule posted by regularily
    • Make daily schedule adjustments as necessary
    • Communicate schedule changes to all applicable center staff by the end of business day for the next business day.
  • Staffing
    • Communicate changes and needs to Talent Acquisition and Regional Director within 24 hours
    • Complete all new hire onboarding within the first 3 days of employment
    • Deliver quarterly & annual performance reviews and feedback
    • Review center scorecard weekly to staff appropriately
    • Weekly touchpoint with TA Specialist
  • Financial
    • Daily review of session and documentation
    • Confirm accurate coding daily
  • Staff Development and Training
    • Monitor and facilitate RBT progression through Ladder; monthly auditing
    • Works in tandem with COM to ensure development of staff through RBT ladder, along with collaborate with BCBA for COM progression.
  • Communication
    • With parents and staff to ensure optimal performance of centers; daily, weekly, monthly

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business related field or 1-3 years of experience in a related field
  • Willingness to learn - Understanding P&L, AR/AP, Billing Disputes, and Collections
  • Quality Customer Service - outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while delivering continuous results
  • Superior organization, prioritizing, and self-motivation skills
  • Flexible with a schedule to accommodate business needs
  • Must be present at the center during business hours.
