Assistant Manager - Apple Market Job at Town and Country Super Market, Inc.
The Assistant Manager is a training position for advancement. Assistant Managers must observe and enforce all store rules and company policies and ensure all employees adhere to company procedures. They emphasize superior customer service and maintain a neat, well-groomed personal appearance. This position must have a working knowledge of all major department and must be able to open/close the store, order, receive, and verify deliveries. Responsibilities include, but not limited to, the ability to fulfill the Manager's duties as needed as well as have knowledge of Federal, State, and local laws and regulations. Other duties, not listed above, shall be assigned as necessary. The likelihood for transfer to other locations is high and should be a consideration when accepting the position
