Responsibilities:

• Assist General Manager
• Meet and exceed sales and profitability objectives; maintain high personal sales level and drive store results.
• Support the recruitment, retention, and development of a diverse pool of talent.
• Deliver the highest level of customer service to each guest.
• Maintain high standard of quality control, hygiene, and health & safety.
• Monitor and meet the performance standard of Sunmerry core values and support a culture of growth and service.

Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum Education : High School Diploma; AA degree, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred

Minimum Experience : Store management experience in bakery, restaurant or fast-food.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with high self-confident and able to clearly communicate complex information.
• Demonstrated success in Training, Operation Development, and Customer Service
• Maintain and foster an owner mentality among self and all subordinating managers.
• Personal familiarity with daily store operation, from opening to closing.
• Hands on manager willing to get out of the office and work.
• Ability to work full-time, including nights and weekend hours.
