Operations assistant manage all aspects of a company's day-to-day operations with particular emphasis on inventory management, optimizing operational processes and procedures to achieve maximum efficiency while maintaining quality standards and meeting customer expectations.

We are searching for an organized self-starter to be our new operations assistant. The operations assistant's responsibilities include reporting directly to the owner and fulfilling duties in their absence. You should also be well-versed in internal operations, and prepare and file relevant documents.

To be successful as an operations assistant, you should possess excellent communication skills and be able to juggle multiple tasks. Top candidates will have strong organizational, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.

Operations Assistant Responsibilities:

• Acting as an assistant to the manager, and taking care of all duties in their absence.
• Assisting the Mananger with operational issues
• Ordering from vendors with inventory management in mind
• Managing inventory through management, rotation and proper ordering
• Promptly answering the questions of staff and other stakeholders.
• Providing excellent customer service and maintaining relationships with vendors.
• Preparing and filing forms and other documents.
• Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Taking inventory
• Insuring team completes and follows through with all order forms.
• Analyzing all operations and forwarding suggestions for improvement to the Manager
• This position is a lifestyle and will not be an 8 to 5 position

Operations Assistant Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Superb organizational skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills.
• A willingness to learn.

- Assist in helping customers in the ranch meat shop
- Weekly communication with restaurant accounts
- Knowledgeable on current beef cattle industry practices and standards
-Attending events, etc. (Public Relations)

Outdoor:
- Provide great customer service
- Successfully operate off farm pop-ups when needed
- Move inventory according to date
- Operate pop up truck to and from locations
- Interact with local consumers to educate about QCC and industry

**Take on new projects, as necessary**

Schedule:
-Full-time Monday thru Friday
-Saturdays required (possibly) 2x/month
