Role Overview
The Assistant Manager supports Alhambra and Perlee collections, two important pillars of the Maison, as well as Jewelry Special Orders. This role is responsible to support the Product manager in executing the Maison’s vision and strategy to reach business objectives. This person will report to the Product Manager, Alhambra and Perlee and is based in NY.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist network in reaching sales objectives for Alhambra & Perlee collections
- Analyze sales trends and propose recommendations for action/animation plans – monthly reports and ad hoc in-depth studies
- Support Product Manager in orchestrating and ensuring the success of yearly launches (Prepare internal tools, training material, monitor sales daily/weekly, gather qualitative insight post launch)
- Provide market trends and jewelry competition reports and analysis to develop local strategy
- Assist Product Manager on status and follow-up for custom Jewelry Special Orders
- Provide daily support to boutiques operations linked to the Alhambra & Perlee collections
- Execute allocation, stock movements, and monitor sales of rare materials
- Maintain accurate product information in product database across all Jewelry collections (PICUS)
- Assist in the preparation, organization and support of events as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing/merchandising/business analysis, retail experience a plus
- Experience in Luxury sector is a plus
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proactive, flexible, innovative, and passionate individual
- Flexibility to travel as needed
- Individual with the potential of future development within the Maison
- Thorough working knowledge of Windows environment, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Power BI, Macro & SAP knowledge is a plus
- Proficiency in French is a plus
