We are looking for a highly qualified individual to assist the Park Manager in maintaining and bring in new residents to our community. Someone who has experience working people and holding them to high standards and expectations. Our community needs a strong personality that loves to serve the customers with the highest standards.

There are 3 primary objectives that we have for this new hire.

· Increase occupancy

The way we will accomplish this is by overseeing the renovation of existing inventory and eventually moving in tenants to tenant owned homes.

· Decreasing high turnover of residents and stabilizing the operations of the community

This community needs stabilization by decreasing tenant turn over, selling current inventory. The new manager will oversee the maintenance team and work with ... Keep the community clean by enforcing community regulations.

· Increasing Collections

Your duties will include general office work with data and tracking using our software. You will oversee rent collections and enforcing the community rules. These duties will include the common duties typical of an Office Manager. More specifically, here is a basic outline of the most common duties:

· Ensuring rent is paid on time by money order or check and making bank deposits.

· Communicating with the corporate staff with updates on your progress and sending in daily updates and weekly reports.

·Overseeing maintenance companies and individuals to perform renovations of homes or repairs on community infrastructure.

· Sales of homes and leasing of lots. Showing homes and lots to prospective tenants. Closing leads for new residents.

· Printing and providing notices to residents for late rent or other rule violations

· Printing and filing eviction notices. Going to court for evictions.

· Overseeing the move in and move out of residents – includes signing leases and rules, signing rent to own contracts, doing move-in and move-out inspections, and collecting security deposits.

· Prequalify prospective new tenants by processing applications, background checks and credit checks.

· Ensuring general maintenance of the mobile home park including mowing, cleanup of common areas and vacant lots, repairs on park owned homes, buildings, and other park structures is completed by maintenance staff.

· Having designated office hours as needed Monday – Friday.

· Answer the phone during normal business hours and return all calls regarding park business promptly. Will be required to answer the phone for emergency calls after hours.

· Completing any other tasks required by corporate staff.

· Maintaining professional rapport with residents.

· Enforcing rules and regulations, appearing in court on our behalf, handling tenant questions and problems, inspecting the property on a daily basis, handling “after hours” emergencies and other duties involved with managing the property.

Pay- $13.00/hr + BOE

Experience:

  • Customer service
  • Office Experience
  • Computer Experience (Windows and Microsoft Office suite)
  • Previous experience working at Apartments or Mobile Home Community a plus but not required.
  • Collections experience a plus

Supplemental pay types:
