Assistant or Lead Childcare Teacher Job at St. Paul's Little Lambs
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Maintain an environment that is positive and conductive to learning within regards to arrangement, appearance, and décor.
Work in accordance to state licensing guidelines and center policies.
Keep personal records up to date and complete any required continuing education.
Maintain confidentiality of staff, children, and families.
Maintain the center and associated equipment.
Maintain center records for your classroom.
Attend and participate in staff meetings and trainings.
Supervise the children and all activities.
Maintain positive relationships with parents and be effective in communication with parents.
Ensure personal needs of children are being met.
Provide a range of play and learning opportunities.
Foster love, care, and overall safety of children.
Acknowledge, support, and promote the Christian philosophy of Little Lambs.
Report to work at scheduled times and maintain good attendance records.
Supervise all meals and snacks.
Monitor children for signs of child abuse and neglect and report suspected abuse or neglect to the director.
Work in a safe manner and report personal safety concerns to the Director.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $13.25 per hour
