What you will be doing each day:

  • Fulfill and support all store leadership functions with the Store Manager

  • Support management staffing needs within the company as needed

  • Mentor new hires in sales training

  • On-boarding new hires in the store

  • Lead weekly store meeting at least once monthly

  • Leadership experience preferred

  • Ability to make quick, rational decisions
