What you will be doing each day:
-
Fulfill and support all store leadership functions with the Store Manager -
Support management staffing needs within the company as needed -
Mentor new hires in sales training -
On-boarding new hires in the store -
Lead weekly store meeting at least once monthly

Previous successful experience in sales or customer service related positions -
Passion about doing a great job and making a great living -

Leadership experience preferred -
Ability to make quick, rational decisions -
Computer skills -
