We are looking for a Full-time Licensed Assisted Living Director for our Saint Joseph facility. Built in 2017, our facility houses 47 apartments and specializes in independent and assisted living tenants. Our AL Directors oversee the facility as a whole, and ensures that operations follow all state regulations. The AL Director works with the RN Clinical Director on all admissions and housing regulations. As an AL Director, you would evaluate staffing, handle recruiting, and work as a team with the RN Clinical Director to ensure personal care and designated health-related services follow company standards. This is a salary position that would include a Monday through Friday schedule.
On an average day, you can expect to:
- Communicate with Tenant Prospects and Families
- Assist with Tours and Admissions
- Meet with Existing Tenants and Families
- Address Tenant and Family Questions
- Work with Maintenance on Requests and AL Life Safety Codes
- Oversee the Education and Training of Staff
- Communicate and work with Vendors and Partners
- Engages in Team Meetings and Collaborations.
- Chart and document per facility policy requirements
Job Requirements:
- MN Assisted Living Director License and in good standing with MN BELTSS
- Ability to pass a MN background check
- Maintain up to date knowledge of home care laws and regulations.
- Ability to analyze, review and judge different situations they face and take the right actions according to the situation
- Patience, compassion, and organizational skills are a must in our constantly evolving work environment.
