Associate Consultant – Financial Management - Technology

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

As an Associate Consultant focused in our financial Technology Business Management practice (TBM), you are empowered at the onset to impact and assist global organizations in solving their most technologically demanding challenges. You will collaborate with our team of business, finance, and engineering experts whose diverse backgrounds and skills help bring the most prescriptive, comprehensive, and sustainable solutions to our clients.

Our financial management consultants will work in close-knit teams, playing an active role in multiple aspects of a client engagement. Your responsibilities may include data gathering and analytics, activity-based cost modeling, business case and return on investment justifications for technology investments, managing projects, and governing teams. You'll present results and recommendations to client management and implement recommendations in collaboration with your clients and your Maryville team. The ideal candidate has an outstanding academic record in Business, Finance, Accounting, or other related majors and an appreciation for Information Technology.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or other relevant academic areas
  • Current Senior with anticipated bachelor’s degree by June 2023
  • Strong academic course load and performance
  • Demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills
  • Desire to learn how corporations are using technology to enhance strategy and operations
  • Ability to articulate complex ideas in a concise manner
  • Willingness to travel up to 40% domestically or internationally (currently limited due to COVID-19)
  • Not requiring work visa sponsorship
