SAGE Dining Services® is seeking an Assistant Food Service Director of Production to aid in the management of the menu and production of a seven day per week, year round small residential communty in Allison Park, PA (Pittsburgh). As AFSD of Production, you will aid in the planning and the production not only the daily meals but also all the special catering events that take place on the campus.

Salary Range: $52,000 - $55,000
Time Commitment: Full Time

What you'll do:

• Demonstrate exemplary customer service skills and develop client relationships.
• Assist in general location management as part of the SAGE management team.
• Assist in ordering and inventory management, scheduling, catering and production, as needed.
• Communicate clearly, professionally, and effectively.
• Implement and maintain HACCP standards.
• Participate in the interviewing, hiring, training, and ongoing mentoring of the team.
• Lead by example.
• Interview, hire, train and motivate the hourly team.

What you'll need:

• Culinary degree preferred, but not required.
• Intermediate computer skills with Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Fluency in sanitation and safety standards.
• Dynamic get-it-done work ethic.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to plan and organize with proficiency.
