Under the direction of Director of Athletics, this role the will provide complex project management in
support of the strategic mission of the department. The primary duties and responsibilities involve
managing projects, strategic planning, sending and responding to emails and phone calls, research,
analysis of data, and preparing reports.

Under the direction of Director of Athletics, this role the will provide complex project management in
support of the strategic mission of the department. The primary duties and responsibilities involve
managing projects, strategic planning, sending and responding to emails and phone calls, research,
analysis of data, and preparing reports.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintains a calendar of activities, schedules meetings and coordinates activities with other departments, the public and outside entities.
- Manage events to promote and support the department within the community, respond to inquiries about the department, produce written materials for approval.
- Oversees the department's facilities and master planning for future projects.
- Work with athletics department leadership to oversee high-priority projects with responsibility for outcomes and follows-up on time-critical events.
- Create spreadsheets detailing athlete registration, phone numbers, parent emails, and team rosters.
- Update website and sports portal with schedules, photos, game scores, player statistics, highlight videos, and game of the week write-ups.
- Work contacts: The extent to which the position requires the ability to gain cooperation, persuade and influence other people.
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3-5 years related experience
