Henningson & Snoxell, Ltd. is looking for an Attorney who has a passion for Estate Planning and Elder Law. With so many Baby Boomers nearing retirement, there is a growing need to advise them and their families about Estate Planning along with Elder Law issues such as guidance through Medical Assistance applications, long-term care planning, guardianship/conservatorship proceedings, etc.
A book of business and an awesome referral network are requested. Experience:
- Medical Assistance and Guardianship/Conservatorship: 3 years
- Elder Law-Specific: 3 years
- Estate Planning: 3 years
- Trust/probate administration 3 years

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
