Auto Body Shop Manager Job at Performance Collision Center
Performance Collision Centers is seeking an Auto Body Shop Manager for our Virginia Beach location.
Job Summary:
The Manager is responsible for the entire operations of the designated Performance Collision repair shop assigned. Responsibilities include coaching employees, overseeing the completion of all repairs, achieving monthly and annual financial targets and maintaining insurance company and customer relations at the highest level of excellent customer service.
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Manage the day-to-day operations of the facility, the employees and customer relations
· Maintain and enhance insurance company relationships by ensuring DRP guidelines are executed and CSI/NPS targets are achieved
· Achieve monthly/annual sales goals and ensure financial targets are met or exceeded
· Review estimates and repair orders for accuracy and verify the quality of work prior to the vehicle being returned to the customer
· Resolve all customer-related and/or employee complaints
· Recruit, interview and hire new employees to ensure adequate staffing
· Oversee the training, development, corrective action and termination of all employees as needed
· Ensure all safety/OSHA policies and procedures are followed in compliance with federal, state and local regulations and posted in the facility
Skills/Requirements:
· 2+ years of prior management experience in a collision repair or body shop required. Prior collision center, production management and estimating experience preferred.
· I-CAR certification and CCC experience preferred
· Good work ethic and verifiable past work history
· Effective leadership, customer service and ability to work well with others
· Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task
· Satisfactory completion of a criminal background check
· Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
· Maintain a well-groomed appearance
